After the huge success of our past two sessions, Professional Liverpool would like to invite you back to the Old Hall where Nicola Forshaw, Director at Mindfit, will provide an introduction to Mindfulness Leadership.

Nicola will be joined by Police Superintendent Mark Stanton from Merseyside Police who will tell us how he uses Mindfulness to lead his teams more effectively.

What is a Mindful Leader?

A mindful leader embodies leadership presence by developing attention, clarity, resilience, creativity, and compassion. Leading people is one of the most challenging roles we undertake. In our complex, fast changing knowledge economy, the ability to manage ones thoughts and feelings is vital to business success.
