Networking is the main marketing tool for freelancers. Yet for many it feels like a dark art. In this interactive session we look at how to re-think your approach to meeting other people in your industry, and how to build those relationships over time.

We look at:

What networking is really about?
How to describe yourself to new contacts ?
How to plan every networking encounter, whether one-to-one or in a group ?
Professionalising your online profiles
Understanding what people will find if they Google you
You’ll have an opportunity to chat with others and get involved. So, check your mic’s working and/or polish up your webcam.

Please ensure you have your camera and audio on for the session as it is interactive.

Please note Zoom meeting details will be sent out the day before the session.

The online program now has the capability of offering a live transcript of the training session. If you would like the function to be activated please let the tutor know. Transcripts of the sessions will not be recorded.
