Nikki will offer a grounded exploration of spirituality and the practical role astrology can play in today’s fast-moving world. We’ll look at the key themes of January 2026, the shift from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, and what these transitions mean for our collective evolution. Nikki will explain how understanding retrogrades and basic astrology can support better timing, choices, and self-care—helping you know when to pause, reflect, or take action. This awareness not only guides women in the wellbeing industry in running their businesses with greater flow, but also helps reduce anxiety by offering context for energetic shifts, supporting emotional balance and protecting mental health. Focusing on navigation rather than prediction, Nikki will share how to stay centred amidst technological and global change, and what the Year of the Horse may inspire in both your personal and professional life.
