About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Networking brings many benefits including new contacts and connections, knowledge, resources and support. And as a CIPD member it’s expected that you will build a network of contacts (Core behaviour ‘Passion for Learning, CIPD Profession Map). But in our busy lives, it can be a challenge to justify the time spent on networking, and to identify what is the return on investment. So how can you make the most of your networking activity?

This interactive and informal session will

  • Identify the key stages of networking and how to manage them
  • Discuss what helps and hinders effective networking.
  • Build your network of local HR contacts and connections.
