Welcome to NeuroBloom, an immersive and inclusive summit that shines a spotlight on ADHD and neurodivergent minds, exploring the connections between neuroscience, nutrition, education, brain health, wellness, and prevention. In honour of ADHD Awareness Month, this event bridges cutting-edge research with real-world stories and strategies, creating a unique space where professionals, educators, families, and neurodivergent individuals can learn, share, and connect.

This day offers a combination of expert talks, wellness activities, marketing stands, and a networking event, culminating in end-of-day drinks in the conservatory and roof terrace. The conference is held in a versatile auditorium which offers tiered theatre seating for 285 people. For all yogis, we are starting the day with an optional yoga session in a special studio room.

This event is created around five thematic pillars:

Inclusive education from primary school to university, teaching strategies, SEND (referrals, waiting lists, and diagnoses)

Exercise, movement, breathwork, and emotional regulation

5. Reforming Systems & Current Challenges:

Education inequality, advocacy for inclusivity and new models, home-schooling, playground-to-prison-pipeline, strategies to address the growing NEETS

How to join the early morning yoga class?

Simply tick the 'Yoga' option in the ticket section; the cost is £10.00. Emma is the founder of Kind Mind Yoga & Aromas. She is a spiritual yoga teacher and intuitive energy healer, blending mindful movement, breathwork, and soul-nourishing stillness to her classes.

Will you be providing lunch?

On this occasion, we are not providing lunch. However, we will be serving herbal teas and adaptogenic coffees, as well as fresh juices and smoothies during registration. The venue is located on Twickenham High Street, which offers a variety of lunch options within a short walking distance.

What is the focus of NeuroBloom?

To shine a spotlight on ADHD and other neurodivergent minds, exploring the connection between neuroscience, nutrition, education, brain health, wellness, and prevention. This event aims to deliver lived experiences with science, education, and a community united by knowledge, inclusion, and action.

Neurodivergent individuals, parents/carers, educators & SEN professionals, healthcare practitioners, therapists/coaches, psychiatrists, medical doctors, students, individuals with an interest in nutritional psychiatry, brain health wellness, difference, and neurodivergence.

What are some of the challenges that will be discussed?

Long diagnostic waitlists, school exclusion, brain (“mental”) health struggles, and lack of support in education and healthcare systems. Some may be managing executive function difficulties, hormonal imbalances, or burnout,while seeking real-world solutions that understand and empower.

What else does the conference offer to attendees?

Wellness activities will take place in dedicated rooms throughout the venue. Attendees can also enjoy browsing our marketing and retail stands in the main reception area and connect over drinks at the bar during the post-event networking session.

Blue Badge parking There are limited parking spaces near the venue for Blue Badge holders, and public car parks are available in Twickenham within walking distance of the venue. The Exchange is served by buses and trains directly on the doorstep.
