💖 A Not-for-Profit Event
NeuroCurious raises money and awareness for the SEND charity Amaze, who Jess is ambassador for. They offer vital support to families with disabled children in Sussex. Please consider donating at checkout or on the night, every pound helps.
♿️ Accessibility and Inclusion
Partnering with Joyfully Different, we provide colour-coded lanyards, a fidget library, quiet rooms, and an inclusive environment to accommodate all neurotypes as best we can. We warmly welcome everyone — across all genders, races, ethnicities, faiths and beliefs, the LGBTQIA+, trans and non-binary communities, migrants and refugees, and all disabilities.
💻 Join Us

About The WomenHood
Founded by Jess Rad in 2019, our mission is to close gender gaps, increase allyship and celebrate neurodiversity by getting outspoken about the unspoken challenges of womanhood. We’re more than a community or a programme provider – we’re a movement for equity, empathy and positivity.
Through our talks, programmes and flagship NeuroCurious event series, we create inclusive spaces where honesty sparks understanding, and small shifts lead to lasting change - in workplaces and society.
We believe in the power of 1% changes – the everyday actions that, over time, transform cultures, workplaces and lives. We help individuals, teams and organisations build awareness, connection and confidence – turning insight into action, and isolation into belonging.
Please check the FAQ for more and contact the team connect@thewomenhood.com for any questions. See our website for me: www.thewomenhood.com and join the community on Instagram and LinkedIn.
