Overview

Many of us are self-employed and this brings benefits and challenges - we will be talking about how to navigate these to make things better

Being self-employed is a key way many of us neurodivergent people make the adjustments we need in the workplace possible. It can also be a way of working with our individual mission/what makes us tick.

However, while there is the possibility of making the adjustments we need, self-employment can come with ‘serious’ red tape and admin as well as other challenges that may mean that it is not entirely the dream scenario for us.

In this webinar, we will talk about common challenges we have seen with self-employed clients and will help you think about what could be good ways for you to put in place the supports that would help even if we are in a world where accessing support from Access to Work is much harder.

The workshop is led by Silja Turville, an EMCC accredited neurodivergence coach and mentor and BACP registered therapist with experience of supporting clients navigating challenges at work including heightened anxiety, burnout and overwhelm.
