Overview

Neurodivergent people are more likely to suffer with their mental health - come to hear more and what can help

This webinar will help therapists to better understand the links between common mental health challenges and neurodivergence so that neurodivergent people can be well supported in therapy.

We know that neurodivergent people are much more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression than neurotypical people. Behavioural and substance addictions, eating challenges, and other difficulties can be more likely too and yet sometimes the standard supports offered to clients for these challenges may not cover what neurodivergent people need.

This webinar will cover neurodivergence affirming approaches based upon research into how neurodivergent clients would like their therapists to support them.
