Neurodivergence at Work - Employers Conference - Farnborough

Our event space opens at 18:30, with a prompt start at 18:45. However, if you wish to arrive earlier, The Village Hotel have reserved us a meet and greet space in their restaurant from 5pm where you can pre-order food if you wish.

We aim to conclude the structured part of the event by 20:30, but will be around until 21:00 if you wish to stay and chat further.

We do not have a set dress code for the event. We are aware many guests will be arriving straight from work and so expect the majority will be wearing standard workplace attire. However, please where whatever you feel most comfortable in.

We use a set of tasks and challenges you can complete that allow you to experience first-hand some of the challenges neurodivergent people can experience in the work place such as overstimulation, fine motor challenges, time blindness and more.

Guests will be able to sign in from 18:30, and we aim to make a prompt start by 18:45. We will have a combination of presentations, guest speakers, and interactive tasks for you to complete. We aim to conclude by 20:30, but will be available until 21:00 if you wish to stay and chat or ask advice.

The Village Hotel are providing us with a selection of snacks (flapjacks, pastries etc.) and cold soft drinks. You are also welcome to pre-order a main meal at the restaurant to eat before the event if you wish. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
