Overview

Helping you understand your strengths and struggles at work with a view to making changes so that things feel easier and less challenging

Being a neurodivergent person in the workplace can involve a great deal of frustration and struggle as the world of work, like the rest of our lives, can be based upon neurotypical ways of thinking and working.

On top of this, many of us are diagnosed in adulthood and never got to figure out what best helps us get things done when we were younger.

This webinar will cover what we have seen be successful for our clients and how they have sought to use their strengths and interests (and what feels easy) to make the progress they would like at work.

The workshop is led by Silja Turville, an EMCC accredited neurodivergence coach and mentor and BACP registered therapist with experience of supporting clients navigating challenges at work including heightened anxiety, burnout and overwhelm.
