• Coaching Techniques (15-20 mins): We'll present effective coaching techniques designed to enhance learning and development.
• A Learner's Perspective (5-10 mins): Gain insights from learners, who will share the techniques they use to maximise their learning potential.
• Interactive Q&A - Pre-submitted Questions (5 mins): We'll address questions submitted in advance, providing prepared answers with the help of our learners.
• Live Q&A (5 mins): Engage with us in a live question-and-answer segment to discuss coaching techniques and learner experiences further.

Speakers

Maria Yearsley - Support Tutor, Kaplan

Maria worked with KPMG in London for 6 years, and then spent some time working in small practice before joining Kaplan as a faculty tutor in the Manchester office in 2015. She now works in the Academic Support tutor team where she coordinates the support for students with inclusion needs to ensure they are supported in the best way possible. She holds a post graduate certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and is a Mental Health First Aider.

Who is this suitable for?

This is suitable for Kaplan apprentices, Kaplan UK students, Kaplan staff, and any employers who want to join. We have a limit of available places, which will be allocated on a first come first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Joining the webinar

Upon signing up through Eventbrite, you'll receive a confirmation email which will direct you to a Zoom link where the session will be hosted. Use this link to join at the scheduled time. The link will also be sent again as a reminder two days, and 2 hours, before the webinar. This event will be run as a Zoom meeting with one way video and audio (the hosts’). The session will be recorded.

Webinar Recording

This webinar will be hosted on Zoom and will be recorded, along with any participant questions, however, images of participants will not be captured on the recording. You may choose what name you wish to be visible. Once you have registered for the webinar we will send a calendar invite to your email address and email you reminders about the upcoming event. After the event, we will email all participants with a copy of the recording and further relevant information including a request for feedback.
