About this event

Running a business with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or another neurodivergence can be isolating — but it doesn't have to be.

This monthly online group is a space to connect with others who get it. Whether you’re self-employed, running a side hustle, or juggling work and parenting, this is your hour to be seen, supported and understood.

It’s relaxed, friendly, and judgment-free. You can share what’s going well, what’s hard, or just listen in. No pressure.

Hosted by Rachel Clayton, ICF Accredited Advanced ADHD Coach and Business Mentor, this space is designed to be the calm amongst the chaos.

Come as you are — even if you’re in your PJs!

  • Meet and connect with other neurodivergent business owners in this safe community support group.
  • Come and discuss challenges, ask questions and celebrate successes - you do not need to share if you don't want to.
  • Held on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 12-1pm (apart from Dec 25 which will happen on the 3rd Wednesday of the month)
  • Calm and relaxing environment
  • Small and intimate environment

Tickets are £12 (including Eventbrite fees). I offer 2 free tickets per session, no questions asked, so please only use these if you genuinely need them. If you book a free ticket and can’t make it, please cancel so someone else can take your place.

If you need to bring with you a support worker or carer then please message me as I will add these tickets separately behind the scenes.

Thank you in advance!

I have answered some FAQs below but any other questions please reach out.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be neurodivergent?

This is a safe space for neurodivergent business owners. You do not have to be neurodivergent or diagnosed, perhaps you support someone who is neurodivergent or you are neuro-curious yourself.

Do I need to have a diagnosis

Nope, not at all - self-diagnosis or associations are always valid!

I'm worried to come alone

You can bring a support worker or friend should you wish (there are free tickets available) - you can also reach out to me beforehand so we can get to know each other - I promise you won't regret coming and you will feel more supported and understood than ever.

I need to know all the details to feel comfortable in attending

I hear you! I send out detailed information (joining instructions) that details all the online information and how to join and what you can expect from the session. Again you can always reach out to me if you have any questions (no question is silly!) or need any further information/support.
