Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn valuable tools and strategies to navigate life as a neurodivergent individual.

Faraday is a very experienced coach who will guide you through practical techniques to enhance your daily routines and improve your overall well-being.

Whether you're looking to boost your productivity, manage overwhelm, or simply connect with others who understand your unique perspective, this workshop is designed for you.

A similar workshop was successfully delivered to 30 individuals (Dyselxia, ADHD, Dyspraxia and Autism!) at LiveWell Plymouth.

This group coaching workshop will help you build focus, calm, and motivation, without stress, masking or burnout! You will gain strategies to create long-term change and ways to support yourself when you come up against of some of the challenges of having a neuro-divergent brain!

The workshop runs for 2.5 hours and incorporates various tasks, coaching, and interactive activities to support you in several areas.

You will be given stratgies and resources to support you long-term.

We will explore the strengths and challenges of being neurodivergent and how to work with them ather than against!

During the workshop we will explore:

  • Dopamine enhancers and depleters - how to build a dopamine routine into your week!
  • Strategies for focus and attention
  • Ways to break free from procrastination and fear of failure
  • Introduction to nervous system health and stress in body and mind
  • Introduction to emotional regulation techniques

You will also gain information on reasonable adjustments and workplace support that you can access.

Refreshments are served. There will be tea and coffee, as well as cold drinks, pastries, and fruit for you to enjoy!

Meet the Coach!

Faraday Fearnside is a UK‑based coach, mentor, specialist tutor, and trainer hailing from Plymouth, England.

She brings nearly 15 years experience of supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with stress or background trauma, and those looking to regain confidence and direction.

Faraday is qualified teacher and coach with a Post Grad in Teaching and a Post Grad in Coaching and Mentoring as well as various CPD in trauma, stress, and mental health and well-being.

She also have a Level 2 in Breathwork and is currently completing her training as an EFT* (also known as tapping) practitioner.

Neuro‑divergent and trauma-aware coaching: She specialises in helping people move through resistance with compassion, recognising the role of nervous system responses in everyday challenges, not simply mindset.

Holistic development: Faraday's background also includes mentoring on employability, tutoring, motivational speaking, and training; all with a focus on emotional safety and personal growth.

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking?

Yes, there is both paid and free parking. It is permit area from 12pm - 3pm, so the workshop runs from 9.30 - 12pm. Parking is 5 - 10 minutes away. There is also paid parking and a reasonably priced car park!

Do you have to have an offical diagnosis of ie. dyslexia, ADHD or Autism.

No, you do not need an official diagnosis. You may have a working diagnosis or suspect that you may be neurodivergent.

Is there refreshments?

Yes, there is access to tea coffee, and cold drinks. There will also be a selection of pastries, fruit and snacks for you to enjoy.
