About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Are you newly identified neurodivergent (no diagnosis required), going through/approaching menopause and exhausted?

Viv Dawes is a late identified neurodivergent person (PDA and ADHD) who has been through menopause and has been the burnt out parent of a burnt out neurodivergent teen.

This in person event with Viv will look at what it means to be identified as neurodivergent later in life (specifically looking at those who are autistic, PDA, ADHD or AuDHD) when also menopausal and experiencing signs of burnout. It will help you to understand yourself, your brain and nervous system and why you might be struggling so much with so many aspects of life.

You might also be the parent of a neurodivergent child/teen who is also burnt out and need to understand how you can meet your own needs.

Diagnosis is not a requirement. So whether you are self identifying neurodivergent or have a diagnosis, all are welcome.

Tickets are £35 per person.

Starts promptly at 11am

The event will take place in The Old Billiards Room at The Guildford Institute, Ward St, Guildford, GU1 4LH. There is some parking on Ward Street but otherwise there are car parks on York Road, Leapale Road and Bedford Road.
