Have you ever been called too emotional, intense, too much, crazy - only to later discover you were navigating life with ADHD/ autism?
If you’re an ADHD or AuDHD woman, you have spent a lifetime performing the version that people can handle. At some point, you wonder, “Is there a more authentic way”?
This event is for the woman who…
- Is grappling with life pre- or post-diagnosis alone, feels burned out, and is navigating symptoms that aren’t heard by the healthcare system
- Want to understand what’s really going on inside their brain and body
- Tired of surviving and being misunderstood, and want to be seen and belong.
My aim for the event is to humanise the science of ADHD and AuDHD women, so you can apply it in your daily lives. So it finally makes sense not just in your head, but in your body, relationships, and everyday choices. I'll show you the tools I wish I had when I was trying to rebuild after years of being misunderstood.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
The ADHD/ AuDHD Dopamine Curve - What TOO MUCH or NOT ENOUGH dopamine does in both ADHD and AuDHD
- Why this matters: You’ll understand what daily things can contribute to your mental health challenges, reaction to medication, and what to do about them
AuDHD and Hormones - What professionals often misunderstand and you're confused about yourself (Crazy isn’t crazy when you know what’s going on)
- Why this matters: You’ll understand practical ways to work with your cycle and hormones so you can advocate for yourself and be present in your own life.
Co-occurring conditions - How hormones and co-occurring conditions (e.g., POTs, MCAS activation, dysautonomia) interact to affect your health, vitality and ability to do life
- Why this matters: You’ll understand how to self-advocate in a gender-biased healthcare system that sees ADHD and AuDHD as a neurodevelopmental condition alone.
Gender-bias in the care and workplace neuroinclusion models - Understand how therapy, psychiatry, and workplace neuroinclusion are not created with the neurodivergent women in mind
- Why this matters: You’ll understand how to support and advocate for yourself in a care and work model that excludes your experience, and ensure you are heard in these systems.
WHAT YOU'LL FEEL
This event will help you feel less alone, validated, and seen. Like someone finally explaining your life in a way that lands in your body, not just your head.
This may be the beginning of learning to heal yourself through mainstream and/ or holistic strategies while living with a biology that is in flux.
And because we will co-regulate along the way, with voice activation and community shares, you may just leave feeling the vital life force you’d buried a long time ago.

ABOUT YOUR SPEAKER
Dr. Samantha Hiew is a keynote speaker, lived experience researcher, and founder of ADHD Girls, a social impact platform transforming how society sees and supports neurodivergent women and underrepresented communities.
Diagnosed with ADHD at 40 after years of feeling unseen, Sam created the space she longed for, where science meets lived experience, and personal truth becomes a catalyst for cultural change.
Sam has spoken to over 100,000 people, trained 100+ FTSE companies, mental health professionals on AuDHD in women, and led the UK’s first large-scale event spotlighting the lives of AuDHD women and the diagnostic gaps we face.
Named a Difference Maker by PBS America and Positive Role Model for Gender by the National Diversity Awards, Sam brings heart and academic credibility to every stage and page. Sam's debut book, Tip of the ADHD Iceberg, is a compassionate guide for late-diagnosed neurodivergents to navigate life after diagnosis and find their voice.
With a PhD in medical science and a background in communications, Sam translates research into real-world relevance - helping neurodivergent people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
