About this event

Health

Please kindly read:

Meeting Point: Chessington South Station, Garrison Lane outside near shops, 11am. We will wait for 15 minutes and set off at 11.15am.

I will be wearing a fluorescent jacket and cap for u to identify me. Walking boots recommended for this walk. Dogs welcome but keep on lead please.

Parking/buses: 71 bus stops outside. Free parking available on Garrison Lane both roadsides. Free parking also available at South fields Recreation Ground (10 min walk) or St Francis Rec (5 min).

The Route: Circular 5.5miles from Station through to Horton Park, Epsom Common Pond before looping back via Winey Hill, Theme Park and Barwell Lane.

Walk will suit people with moderate to good fitness but will try to accommodate all. There is one hill up Winey, but it isnt steep.

This is a social hike not a support group, but of course we can all have nice chats about anything. Please respectfully consider all people's views and opinions and decisions of walk leader volunteers.

We are a friendly group. My personal experiences are having lived experiences of Autism/ADHD and a first hand experience of the challenges faced. I understand how may of faced social exclusion or misunderstandings or the tiredness in masking. My desire is to create something unique as there aren't many walking groups tailored specifically to this type of person. So inclusivity is the forefront of all I do. You can be yourself here and enjoy the walk
