About this event
Rooted & Rising
A woodland retreat co-facilitated by Emily Edwards (withINsight Coaching) and Caroline Milne (Unmenopaused) where grounding meets growth and where will leave restored and ready to rise into your own power.
Overview
A retreat for Autistic and/or ADHD folks who menstruate that are preparing for, or in their menopausal years. You do not need a diagnosis to attend; if you suspect you are neurodivergent or self-identify we welcome you to join us.
Together we’ll explore the unique challenges of being neurodivergent during hormonal changes, while building clarity, understanding, and connection. This is a space for you to gather, ground, grow and strengthen your skills for self-advocacy.
Through gentle facilitated group coaching, nature connection, and restorative practices, Rooted & Rising invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and return to yourself: seen, supported, and stronger.
