Neurodiversity Architecture Network (NAN) - Giant Crochet Get together

Join us for a Giant Crochet Workshop where craft, creativity, and connection come together with NAN - (Neurodiversity Architecture Network).

This playful, hands-on workshop invites people to interact not only with materials but with each other in thoughtful, accessible ways. We believe the power of making — through crochet and knitting — can spark positive social interaction for everyone.

You can use your hands and arms to create large-scale stitches or, if you prefer, experiment with our giant needles. If permitted, we may even weave and wrap our creations around existing structures, transforming the space together.

We encourage people to bring and recycle plastic bags which we will turn into plarn (plastic yarn) for the giant crochet and knitting.

No experience needed — just curiosity, creativity, and an openness to connect.
