About the trainer and the course creation

Mo Bury is a lead Instructor Partner and trainer for the Thrive programmes being delivered in large global organisations in food and drinks manufacturing, Insurance, construction and Media. Mo has trained over 200 managers to be able to support, motivate, inspire, recruit, and manage all different types of thinkers.

Mo herself is on the waiting list for an ADHD diagnosis.

“If I’d only know earlier what I now know about how my brain works, I could have had a much happier and easier life. Lucky for me I became aware when I did”.

The Thrive programmes have been designed by and for Neurodivergent people to inform and inspire all people in the workplace to be able to work with, understand and support people who think differently in order that all people can be more productive, less overwhelmed, more included, and happier at work.

With CPD accreditation, digital “flipping Book” manual and email footer ‘neurodiverse aware’ e-badge this course is excellent value.
