About this event
Neurodiversity Awareness Workshop
Neurodiversity is no longer a “nice to have” on the inclusion agenda, it’s essential. Around 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent, meaning most workplaces already employ talented colleagues who think, learn, and communicate differently. When managers and teams don’t have the knowledge or confidence to support them, it can lead to misunderstandings, reduced performance, and even costly legal risks.
This interactive 90-minute session will give you the skills and confidence you need to support neurodivergent colleagues effectively. Led by a lived-experience facilitator, the workshop will combine practical advice with real-world examples, leaving you with clear actions you can take straight back to your workplace.
By attending, you will:
- Understand different types of neurodiversity and the unique strengths they bring
- Learn how to talk about neurodiversity with confidence and respect
- Gain clarity on your regulatory responsibilities and how to avoid costly mistakes
- Take part in an open Q&A with a lived-experience facilitator
Whether you’re a manager, colleague, or HR professional, this session will help you create a more inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
