About Neurodiversity Celebration Week

Neurodiversity Celebration Week was founded in 2018 by Siena Castellon a 17-year old ND advocate, who is autistic, dyslexic, dyspraxic and has ADHD. She launched the initiative to encourage schools and colleges to flip the narrative by focusing on the strengths and talents of their ND students, instead of focusing on their challenges and drawbacks.

In 2019, over 350 schools and over 315,000 students took part in Neurodiversity Celebration Week from across the United Kingdom and abroad. She believes that only by joining forces can we have the biggest impact in changing the narrative around autism and learning differences, and together we can work better towards ND inclusion.

Siena will be signing copies of her recently published book ‘The Spectrum Girls Survival Guide,’ if wish to purchase one please bring cash to avoid disappointment.
