A 4.5-hour live online training for mindfulness teachers who want to deepen their confidence and skills in neuro-affirmative teaching!
Saturday, 20 September 2025 via ZOOM, 10 am - 2:30 pm UK time.
10:00 - 12:30: Part 1 (includes 10-min comfort break)
12:30 - 1:00: Lunch break
1:00 - 2:30: Part 2
Investment: £175 (includes booking fees!)
Your hosts:
Liezl Laidlaw is a CBT Therapist and BAMBA-registered Mindfulness Specialist with ADHD lived experience.
Christoph Spiessens holds an MA in Teaching Mindfulness. He is a BAMBA-registered teacher, supervisor, and self-identifies as a Highly Sensitive Person with trauma-acquired neurodivergence.
This interactive workshop offers a deeper dive into the key considerations for the lead-up to, during, and post-course, once more using the six domains of the Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI:TAC) as a useful framework.
It is designed to be reflective and experiential, with much more time for real-world examples, reflection, and questions and answers. All aimed to provide you with additional ways to adapt your mindfulness teaching and better support neurodivergent participants.
Suitable for qualified mindfulness teachers, trainee teachers, supervisors, mentors, and retreat facilitators.
We want to make this the most useful learning experience for you: Once you have registered, you are welcome to send us any topics/questions/experiences you may have around neurodiversity for mindfulness and we will aim to include and discuss these during our time together! (Submission deadline: Thursday, 18 September. Please email us at info@christophspiessens.com or connect@rewiretherapy.co.uk)
We look forward to being with you on 20 September!
