To celebrate October’s ADHD Awareness month, Issured Track in association with Identifi Global Resources are running a fully funded online session to raise awareness of neurodiversity and how you can support your employees to thrive.
Why are we doing it?
“Just 31% of people with a neurodiversity condition in employment compared to 54.7% of disabled people overall” (gov.uk)
Issured Track is supporting businesses across the UK (And Beyond) to embrace the talents of a diverse range of individuals. So far we have supported over 175 people into paid employment, and over 200 more into work experience placements.
To help create further opportunities we will be providing a 60-minute training session for organisations, which will help to create opportunities for individuals.
How and What?
The 60-minute training session will outline
- how neurodivergent employees can bring a huge amount of talent to your business.
- how to support neurodiverse employees.
You will be able to take this knowledge back into your organisation and share the information with colleagues, so you can be an organisation which is not only talking about, but also supporting individuals to thrive.
We will also cover strategies to ensure you business is aware and accepting of individuals.
