Neurodiversity: What It Means and Why It Matters

Join us for a relaxed and engaging session designed for local businesses, educators, early years providers and anyone supporting children, families, adults or teams in our community.

Together, we’ll explore what neurodiversity really means and why understanding it is key to building inclusive, supportive environments. This session will shine a light on the strengths of neurodivergent individuals and offer practical ideas for recognising and celebrating different ways of thinking, learning and interacting.

Whether you’re running a local business, working in a nursery or school, supporting groups within our community, this event will offer valuable insight and conversation around embracing difference and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
