Wendy focuses on delivering ADHD assessments and advocating for neurodiversity through compassion-focused and cognitive behavioural coaching. Wendy has supported the UK’s leading businesses in having a better understanding and approach to the world of neurodiversity. Burn bright and ignore the noise!

Tania Martin

Tania Martin is the founder of PegSquared and an experienced Neuro-inclusion consultant, speaker and trainer. She helps workplaces navigate neurodiversity at both an organisation and individual level. She leverages real world corporate neurodiversity experience from her time leading the award-winning UK’s Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence at EY. This is underpinned by 20+ years’ experience of leading complex transformation programmes across both people and technology in large global organisations. These skills together enable her to bring a unique perspective to organisations wanting to create neuro-inclusive workplaces. Her journey also includes navigating her own career with ADHD, diagnosed in 2022, providing a distinctive firsthand perspective on neurodiversity at work.

Kate La Trobe

Kate La Trobe is an experienced neurodiversity and behavioural consultant and the founder of an ADHD coaching business for parents, individuals, and organisations. With a Master of Science in Behavioural Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Kate specialises in ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia, among other neurodivergences. Her expertise lies in creating neuro-affirming, understanding, and supportive environments for individuals, schools, and organisations. Together with lived experience of ADHD, Kate integrates behavioural science and mindfulness principles into her consulting practices. She is passionate about helping organisations to understand and support neurodivergent individuals, ensuring that their environments are empowering and inclusive.

Abigail Fitch

A Global Talent Acquisition Leader with some HR generalist experience. With a total of 20 years of work experience, 15 years in Talent Acquisition and 15-years of people management experience. Within her time in Talent Acquisition Abigail has worked in both start-up and fortune 500 companies, with a proven track record of successfully rolling out recruitment strategy. Abgail herself is neurodiverse and consults with other businesses on breaking those barriers around neurodiversity, specialising in attraction, retention and support around having a neurodiverse work force.

Kathryn Cettina

Kathryn Cettina is Head of Enterprise and Account Management at MYNDUP, working to build and manage bespoke wellbeing partnerships with businesses. She has a wealth of experience, both personally and professionally, of neurodiversity and it's role within the workplace.
