About this event

Join us on Saturday 20th April, for our fourth hike of 2024 in the beautiful surroundings of Lewes in East Sussex, UK.

Meeting location: Lewes Railway Station

Meeting time: 11.45 - 12pm

Hike length / duration: 6.5 miles / 3 hours

End location: The hike will end back at Lewes Railway Station.

Our hikes are open to adults (18+) based in Sussex who identify as Neurodivergent.

  • You don't need a diagnosis to consider yourself neurodivergent, or to come on our hikes; it's okay if you're just trying to figure it all out.
  • Identifying as neurodivergent just means identifying that your brain might be wired a little differently to what is considered 'normal' or 'typical'.
  • So whether you're in the early stages of your learning journey, or years in and neck deep in diagnoses, we'd love you to come and join our hiking community.

Neurotypical hikers are also welcome on our hikes, if accompanied by a Neurodivergent companion (or companions).

Lace up your boots and let's head out on an unforgettable NeuroHike together! 🥾
