The Clear Company’s Neuroinclusivity Workshop helps you understand the potential of neurodivergent individuals and how to support neurodiversity in your workplace.

Key learning outcomes

• Understanding key terms of neurodiversity, neurodivergence and Neuroinclusion.
• Explore the concept of cognitive difference with particular focus on sensory sensitivity, learning styles and executive functioning.
• Learn how to create Neuroinclusion for neurodivergent colleagues, whilst building a better environment for everyone.

About your facilitator

The session will be led by James Chave whose own neurodivergence, his experiences discussing this topic with hundreds of people over the years, has inspired our Neuroinclusion approach.

Why neuroinclusion and not neurodiversity awareness?

Our approach focuses less on the traditional model of simply raising awareness and more on taking a proactive approach.

This workshop introduces how neurodiversity is about everyone, and therefore how everyone can contribute to a neuroinclusive environment. Neuroinclusive environments are flexible, buillt on respect and understanding. They are more inclusive for neurodivergent people but actually benefit everyone!
