Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague if I can't make it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your ticket will be transferable, however, your colleague will need to submit their details. In order to arrange the transfer, please email deirdre@neurocreative.studio

Can you invoice me for this event?

Accepted Answer

Due to the limited number of places, it isn't possible to hold places for invoice processing. We can, of course, provide an invoice for your records / accounts department.

I want to attend one / two / three days - how can I tell you which ones?

Accepted Answer

Upon booking, you'll be sent a form to gather details for your booking. You'll be able to select the most suitable days at this point. 
If the day(s) you want aren't available, you'll be offered other options.

Question 4

I have questions about access / dietary requirements. Can you accommodate my requirements? ?

Our registration form will take any relevant information about your requirements. If you have any particular concerns or questions before registering, please don't hesitate to contact deirdre@neurocreative.studio

I can't attend any longer. How do I apply for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are processed automatically by Eventbrite up to 30 days prior to the event. Please follow their process. 
You can also transfer your ticket to a colleague. This can be arranged by sending an email to deirdre@neurocreative.studio.

Is there accommodation on site?

Accepted Answer

There are limited places available for residential accommodation at the venue. 
Additional accommodation is available nearby, via sites such as Airbnb and booking.com.

Will you be talking about neurodiversity issues?

Neurodiversity is part and parcel of our world, and while we will be looking at certain tools and techniques to understand responses and reactions to difference, any techniques that are specifically designed for ADHD or other brain types will be outside the scope of what we can include in this event

Is lunch included?

Accepted Answer

YES! Our in-house chef is already working on a menu of delicious, tasty food that will support our brain function and keep us energised and  optimised!
