This session introduces the science of neuroplasticity and how hypnotherapy can ease discomfort, lift mood, and reduce anxiety. Designed for people living with brain tumours and those who care for them, the session also explores psycho-sensory techniques—simple tools you can use any time you feel overwhelmed or off-centre.

This session is for people who are new to brainstrust online hypnotherapy sessions.

You will be asked to have your camera on, to have access to a chair or bed, and be free from distractions.

Our sessions are open to brain tumour patients and caregivers only and spaces are limited and all expertly led by Louise Baker.

About Louise Baker, MSc:

Louise Baker, an MSc graduate in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King's College London, is a highly experienced therapist with over 20 years in the field. She integrates various therapeutic methods including psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), bilateral stimulation techniques, breathwork, psycho-sensory techniques, hypnotherapy,transactional analysis, and coaching to provide tailored support for her clients.
