Bring the little ones along to meet Santa in his magical grotto and receive a special gift. Capture the holiday magic and create cherished memories this season. ✨

🌟 Date Options: Tickets will be available for both Saturday and Sunday, with convenient 1-hour time slots. Choose the day that works best for you and join us for festive fun!

🍪 Festive Treats – Hot Chocolate & Cookies:
Warm up with delicious hot chocolate and cookies to start your Christmas adventure.

🧩 ‘Quiet Hour’ for Special Guests:
We’re proud to offer ‘Quiet Hour’ sessions from 9am – 10am on Sunday, specially designed for children and young people with autism and sensory needs. Enjoy a calm and inclusive experience for the whole family.

❄️ Adult Admission – FREE!
Good news for grown-ups: adult entry is completely free, so you can join in the festive cheer alongside your little ones.

📸 Magical Photo Memories
Our content creator will be capturing those joyful moments with Santa throughout the day. Plus, we’ll also be joined by the very lovely Fiadh Photography. You can book your Christmas mini photoshoot directly through Eilidh for beautiful keepsakes to treasure forever.
(Prefer not to have your photo taken for social media? Just let a member of staff know, and your wishes will be respected.)

🚠 Gondola Offer:
Santa’s Grotto will be based at our Base Station. If the Gondola is running, children with a Grotto ticket can ride for free! Accompanying adults can purchase a Gondola ticket for just £7 (up to 2 adults per child). Tickets will be available onsite at the Ticket Office on the day.

🎅 Important Information for Santa’s Grotto Visitors:

If you’ve booked a later session for Santa’s Grotto, please note that our gondola closes at 3:45pm. You’re welcome to enjoy your gondola ride before your grotto visit, as it’s open to all children regardless of session time.
