Who are parties for?

Any age group of  people - from aged 3-103! Some parties are for up to a maximum of 20 individuals and some are for a maximum of 15 individuals. Please check  capacity before booking.

Whats included?

Your chosen activity.
Ranger and all the equipment required to undertake the activity.
Use of the party room after the activity until the end of your slot.
Hot water urn and washing up facilities.
3hrs free car parking

Question 3

Can I bring younger siblings if they are younger than the activity requirements?

Younger siblings of the birthday person are welcome at the party, please don't count them in the 20 if they are under the minimum age requirements of the activity, as they will not be permitted to join in the activity session if they are too young.

Yes you can bring your own party food .

How many adults do I need to bring?

You will need to provide responsible grown ups to accompany the party with a ratio of 1adult :5children. However we say 'the more the merrier' when it comes to supervising and supporting us whilst the children undertake activities that the ranger is leading

Do I need to pay for parking?

You will have access to 3hrs free car parking for the organiser & guests (your ranger on the day will give you your parking passes for 9:30am to 12:30. If you or any guests wish to stay longer after your party you/they will need to purchase a pay and display ticket for your remaining duration.

What if the weather is bad?

In the event of a forecasted weather warning from the met office, for the date of your visit, the procedure we will follow to keep us all safe is outlined in the party information pack
