Description

Our CPD for new and aspiring senior leaders has been formulated by successful and experienced senior leaders from all sectors. It provides sound foundations, so you return to your school equipped to develop and deliver your vision or plan your pathway to headship, as well as prioritise the daily demands of your new role. You will enjoy hearing insights from practitioners and other experts, gain a picture of the changing educational landscape and consider ways to sustain your personal resilience throughout your career. There will be opportunities to network with other school leaders and members of the NAHT team.

We provide the highest standards of support and advice throughout your time as a school leader - whether you will be leading in the early years, primary, secondary or special schools and alternative provision.

On becoming a new school leader, we know that you’ll have competing priorities; we think you should have the opportunity to develop your potential, which is why we are offering this conference at subsidised rates to members.

Who should attend?

New heads in the first two-years of headship, deputy and assistant heads, and those aspiring to leadership.
The conference is suitable for colleagues from early years, primary, secondary and special schools.

FAQs

Do I need my membership number to book?

Yes. If you are booking a member place you will be required to enter the correct membership number. You can find your membership number by phoning membership on 0300 3030333 option 2.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?

The Professional Development team can be contacted at events@naht.org.uk or 01444 472405.

Is my booking transferrable?

Bookings may only be transferred at the discretion of the Professional Development team. Requests to transfer will need to be made in writing a minumum of 7 days prior to the conference by emailing events@naht.org.uk. Transfers and cancellations may be subject to a charge.

Cancellation fees:

Within 31 working days - 25% charge
Within 14 working days - 50% charge
Within 7 working days - 75% charge
Within 3 working days - 100% charge

Can I update my registration information?

Any updates to your booking must be made in writing to the Professional Development team at events@naht.org.uk

Does the name on the booking need to match the delegate?

The names of each individual delegate must be entered during the booking process along with a unique email address for each delegate as this will be used for the final confirmation.
