Event description

Description

“For last year's words belong to last year's language

And next year's words await another voice.

And to make an end is to make a beginning."

T.S. Eliot

It is that time of the year. We have mixed feelings as another year is ending and a new year is ahead. We all make New Year’s resolutions, starting a new diet, joining a gym, quitting smoking, looking for a new job, getting unstuck. However, in about 15 days, if you are resilient enough in 30 days!, into the new year, we all go back to our old habits and life. It does not have to be like that.

Good news! You can get unstuck, embrace change and live the life you want to live by increasing your emotional strength, in other words your emotional agility.

In this workshop, we will talk about emotional agility and how to improve it and how does it empowers us.

In his infamous book called Man’s Search for Meaning, Viktor Frankl, the psychiatrist who survived concentration camps, says between stimulus and response there is a choice!

Emotional agility is to be aware of this and reacting to the world as is now!

Emotional agility empowers us to approach life and every minute of it as it is a new experience rather than carrying the baggage of the past and embrace change.

What a great start to the new year!
