Polly Toynbee is a columnist for the Guardian and co-author with David Walker of The Verdict: Did Labour Change Britain? She was formerly BBC social affairs editor, and columnist and associate editor of the Independent.

Also hear from Peter Mandelson on Thurs 20 April and Jacqui Smith on Fri 28 April.
