The autumn symbolises change, letting go and renewal✨

Throughsystemic exercises, visualisations and constellations, we will work on:

- Letting go of what no longer serves us, old patterns and limiting beliefs

- Appreciation of ourselves

- Acknowledgement of accomplishments (yes! You have many!)

🌿The day will be a time to reflect on and celebrate our lives.

Please note that New Family Constellations are different to the traditional Family Constellations. With participants sharing that they feel lighter and more at peace at the end of the session.

Please note: Constellation work is an opportunity for personal growth and transformation which many find useful and can be a grounding process. It is important also to be aware that this is not therapy and it is not a substitute for therapy. If you have a sense that you might be destabilised by being in a space where you and/or others are exploring sensitive personal topics, this approach may not be for you.

To be a representative in other people’s constellations:

• No prior knowledge is needed to be a representative, just a willingness to be at the service of the group. • The person acts as a vessel for the person or concept that they are representing. • It often brings insights and an understanding of your own issues.

To constellate :

• The person will bring a personal or organisational issue to be explored during the workshop.

What takes place?

I will facilitate a number of constellations, systemic exercises and will begin and end with a visualisation.

Who can attend?

The workshop is for anyone that would like to work on their personal growth through a systemic lens.

What can I constellate?

• Difficult or painful relationships with parents, siblings, children and/or partners • Blended and complex family issues • Addictions • Work issues e.g. promotion, belonging, feeling stuck, loss of direction • Bereavements and loss through miscarriage, abortion or early death • Accidents To mention
