About this event

Other

Endings occur throughout our lives from the moment that we become aware of who we are.

From jobs, friendships, or romantic partnerships to events such as the current year we are living in coming to a close.

When we bring closure to these endings, we are able to accept new beginnings more positively .

In a small group, using the systemic lens, we will explore through some informal teaching and a series of exercises and constellations our feelings towards endings and what we might need to do to change old habits and fears. This lens highlights the hidden loyalties and dynamics that might be causing you to behave or feel the way that you do in relation to endings.

This workshop is for anyone who:

  • Can’t let go of finished relationships (romantic or platonic)
  • Keeps repeating the same patterns with family members, romantic partners, friends or work
  • Has unresolved endings
  • Can’t wait for the year to be over
  • Would like to move forward but feel that they are stuck because of a previous relationship
  • Is curious about how New Family Constellation work and how this philosophy could help them

Please note that New Family Constellations are different to the traditional Family Constellations. Many participants often share that they feel lighter and more at peace at the end of the workshop.

Facilitated by Delia Palfreman - Specialist in Systemic Coaching (Method BChR)

A Tamping Grounds tea/coffee is included.

Please note: Constellation work is an opportunity for personal growth and transformation which many find useful and can be a grounding process. It is important also to be aware that this is not therapy and it is not a substitute for therapy. If you have a sense that you might be destabilised by being in a space where you and/or others are exploring sensitive personal topics, this approach may not be for you.
