Our speakers include: Professor Charles Spence – Professor of Experimental Psychology and author of "Gastrophysics – The New Science of Eating"; Robert Colville – Journalist and author of "The Great Acceleration", an exploration of how technology is speeding up our pace of life; Kaave Pour – Creative Director of Space 10, IKEA’s Innovation Lab and Tamira Snell – Senior Advisor and Futurist at Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies.
The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion about the future of the F&B sector. Our panellists include:
Jonathan Downey – Founder of Street Feast and London Union; David Abrahamovitch – Co-Founder of espresso bar Grind; Rob Wilson – Co-Founder of Toast Ale; Jonathan and Simon Phillips – Founders of Humpit Hummus; and Marie Hickey – Director of Savills Commercial Research, specialising in the Retail and Hospitality sectors.
