Business growth and sales planning

Workshop aim

PR and the agency world in general is a very competitive industry and winning new business can be tough. 

  • Do you have new business plans in place to achieve growth targets? 
  • Do your staff have awareness about the importance of business development and have the skills required to help identify and find new business for the company? 

This interactive workshop will enable you to create a more strategic approach to finding and winning new business, whether through finding new clients or generating additional revenue from existing clients. 

Who should attend?

This workshop is open to management, senior account directors responsible for development of the business. 

 

What to expect?

  • Reviewing business goals and objectives
  • Building the sales pipeline, including alignment of sales and marketing to generate new business and generating additional revenue from existing clients
  • Development of a 'sales focused' business, including creating sales management techniques and metrics
  • Marketing to develop sales leads, including defining your USPs and development of your persuasive elevator pitch

Workshop outcomes

  • Understand the significance of weaving business development into all areas of the company. 
  • An initial Business Development strategy framework and plan.

Joanna Sadie has 20 years of sales, sales training and recruitment experience. Her career started in b2b media sales before she moved to the fast paced world of newspaper sales and ran a team at The Independent. After having twins she started Leapfrog consultancy. Joanna has recruited, trained and coached sales people from many different industries including Media, Finance & Accountancy, and has focused most recently on in-house consultancy and training for companies in the competitive world of promotional merchandise.
