This one-hour online session provides a range of ways to embed and include spiritual development within and beyond a school's curriculum. It will build on the initial training on spirituality in schools and tackle the common SIAMS development point of a school needing to embed spiritual development in their curriculum.
The session will cover:
- Ways you might include spiritual development in your curriculum
- Ways you might include spiritual development beyond your curriculum
- Tried and tested examples of high-quality spiritual development from schools who have been celebrated in SIAMS for their work.
All school leaders who have had SIAMS with spiritual development as an area for development and leaders due SIAMS and have completed the initial spirituality training would benefit from this training.
Audience: All Headteachers and senior leaders of Voluntary Aided, Voluntary Controlled, Foundation church schools and academies.
