Come and join in the fun on a Friday night. Held in the safe sacred space of a Red Tent circle, these women only Biodanza sessions offer you a chance to deeply enjoy free movement, self expression and transformation. This is about connection without words, liberation without performance ... just authenticity, enjoyment and heartfelt permission to be all that you are.
The circle will be opened by Heidi, and your experienced Biodanza facilitators are Angie and Pavani. The sessions are guided in such a way as to provide a healing and awakening experience.
Come and set yourself up for the weekend. Wear something comfortable, that allows movement. Feel free to wear your glad rags and glitz, we will.
Doors open at 6:45 for a prompt 7pm start.We provide a cup of tea on arrival, and other refreshements are available to purchase afterwards. The movement part of the evening will last for approx 1.5 hours.
