New Forest Walking Festival 2016: Exploring Breamore
Saturday, 15 October 2016 from 10:00 to 15:30 (BST)
Join Ringwood and Fordingbridge Footpath Society on a walk in Breamore, in the north of the New Forest.
This longer 9-mile walk starts at Breamore Church and follows a figure-of-8 route through Breamore, an old and interesting village with a Saxon church, and visit the Mizmaze in the morning. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy before crossing to the old railway for the second part of the walk in the afternoon. The old railway line is now a public right of way.
There is a Craft and Garden Fair taking at St Mary's Church (start and end point) and there will still be time to visit it at the end of the walk.
