A short, generally flat and easy walk where participants will be able to find out more about the Forest’s special ponds and streams.
You will be able to learn about the special species to be found and see some of them close up. You'll also learn about the challenges these habitats face and how people can help. Volunteers from the local community have been undertaking water sampling to help identify the best areas for watery life in the Forest and there will be chance to see how this can be undertaken.
