Hypnobirthing Express

This workshop aims to introduce you to hypnobirthing concepts and relaxation and breathwork.

Come along and together we'll explore ways you can utilise breath as a tool to help you feel more confident and calm during your birth.

• A King’s hospital ID is required upon registering

The Workshops

• This workshop will be held in the Oasis Birth Centre social space at the PRUH, BR6 8ND

1 birth partner is welcome, however the space only holds capacity for 20 people so if you are planning to bring a birth partner with you; please book them a separate ticket so we can ensure we do not go over capacity for the space.

If you find you can no longer make the event, please kindly cancel your ticket so as someone else can have your space.
