New! Kids Saturday Craft Club
Event Information
Description
Kids Craft Club
This autumn Wood Street Ward Forum are supporting a new Saturday Kids Craft Club. Over 12 weeks children can explore a range of activities with our (DBS checked!) craft tutor Talula while parents enjoy the cafes and shops of Wood Street.
During the summer we launched our "Ecology of Craft" programme. It is designed to provoke scientific curiosity and ecological thinking. This 12 week craft club will include a variety of hands-on fun activities that make the learning seem accidental.
The craft club is for children between the ages of 6-11, with each session lasting 90 minutes. Materials will be provided and participants can take their creations home with them. The Kids Craft Club is also a great time for parents to catch up at one of the fabulous cafes, run a few errands on the High Street, or simply browse the indoor market and fabulous small shops of Wood Street.
Below are the details of each session, these can be booked individually or as a the entire series. If you book all twelve sessions you will get one session *Free*
