The aim of module 3 mentor training is to support our mentors to develop strong and positive mentoring skills. The session will address how to effectively lead reflective conversations with the Student Teacher, different type of mentoring approaches (linked to research), and guidance on how to manage difficult conversations as well as covering key processes and documentation.
Mentors need to register for their chosen session on Eventbrite and will be sent a Teams link the day before the session. All sessions are delivered live, online.
New Mentor sessions will be on Thursdays (every Thursday in September).
Training Requirement: 2 hours for New Mentors.
