This workshop with an expert facilitator will provide innovative and tested ideas for improving the effectiveness of finding the talented staff you need in your organisations. Rebekah Wallis wrote a case study for People Management magazine explaining how she addressed the challenges of finding good staff for Ricoh. In this session, she will give guidance on designing and carrying out more effective resourcing which ensures good talent management takes place for all ages of applicants and then for staff. She will explain her good practices, showing how improvements should be identified, explored, managed and discussed.
