Do I need to bring anything?

Just a bottle of water. Mats, Blankets and Bolsters will be set up ready for use. Feel free to bring your crystals to be charged (if you have any) and also your own journal if you have one. However, there will be blank notepads and pens available for you to start a new journal.

Comfortable clothes that do not restrict you, eg joggers, leggings, t-shirt, hoodie.

By Car – Small car park at venue and plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets. By Tram – Located Opposite Clayton Hall Tram stop. By Bus – 216 or 231 from Piccadilly Gardens or Ashton bus station.
