Our moon circles work to the lunar phases. During our monthly New Moon Circles, we unite under a common theme of each new moon to forge meaningful connection, support and help visualise your inner desires, goals, hopes and dreams.
This month we will be exploring themes of transformation, soul mates, self empowerment, endings and beginnings.

- This practice allows for expression of repressed emotions through sounds and movement. Be prepared for an energetic release that will make you sweat and possibly cry. This is a safe space and a de processing space will be available following the mediation for reflection and to allow energies to settle.
