Who is the Circle for?

Accepted Answer

The Circle is a safe space for Adult Women only (18+ no children/babies).  Due to the nature of the Circle, we cannot accept anyone who is, or has been, male.  Please note that this is not intended to exclude, but is simply created to provide a safe emotional space for us to meet without judgement.

Question 2

What do I need to bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Just your lovely self!  Please feel free to bring  any items of personal significance such as crystals if you feel called to. 
You might also like to bring a soft drink. There is an onsite kitchen if you need hot water. And we welcome anything that gives you comfort- slippers, blankets etc

Can I bring along my child(ren)?

Accepted Answer

This space has been created as a safe emotional space for women, so we would like to avoid triggering anyone experiencing child bearing/ fertility issues. Equally, it is also intended to provide a break from the day to day, so we do not accept children or babies in the group.  Thank you.

Question 4

I need to drive to the event - where can I park?

Accepted Answer

There is some parking to the rear of the building - if you are outside facing the building, you'll need to head up the little driveway to the right of it to get to the car park.
If this parking is full, there is also ample on-street parking on Queen's Road or Victoria Park Road.

Question 5

Are there any Parking Restrictions?

Accepted Answer

If you choose to park on one of the side streets off Queen's Road, then please note that there are usually Resident's Permits in effect so please check before you park up as the Traffic Wardens work all hours!

Question 6

What if I am running Late?

Accepted Answer

Please respect other participants by arriving a few minutes before the start time so that we can open the Circle together. 
If you are late, please knock & wait before entering - you will be allowed in at an appropriate moment.

Question 7

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Whatever makes you happy! There's no need to dress in a particular way - simply wear whatever is the correct expression for you at the time.  We absolutely do welcome comfy clothes, plus slippers, or bare feet; please also bring a blanket during the colder months if you would like to.

No problem! Please just reach out to me, either via the Facebook Group, or by sending an email through Eventbrite.

Question 9

What if I need to leave early?

Accepted Answer

Event timings are approximate and the Circle may run over the stated time however, you are free to go sooner if you are under time constraints - I will just need to formally close the Circle before anyone leaves.
