About this event

Snuggle into your warm and cosy haven at the Seven Sisters Sanctuary and tune in to a nurturing sound journey combining binaural beats, ambient soundscapes, nature sounds and a variety of instruments including Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, a monochord, buffalo drum, steel tongue drum and voice. The sound meditation will begin with intention setting as we work with the energy and cycles of the new moon in Gemini.
